Prof John Lupayi Charles is the Executive Director of Exodus Foundation International. He leads the organization’s vision to empower individuals, support vulnerable communities, and build sustainable opportunities for education, skills empowerment, and community development across South Sudan.

Makuei Thoth Chuol oversees strategic operations, country program execution, and organizational growth across South Sudan. With extensive experience in displacement management and complex emergency response, he works closely with institutional donors and local government stakeholders.

Salma James leads program design, quality assurance, gender mainstreaming, and donor compliance across Exodus Foundation International. She holds a Master’s degree in International Development and has championed women and youth empowerment initiatives in conflict-affected regions.

Pamela Kiden Mono Lovnik manages board governance, institutional policy compliance, legal relations, and external diplomatic partnerships. She coordinates cross-border institutional compliance between South Sudan, Uganda, and Ethiopia.
