Program Scope & Field Strategy
South Sudan possesses vast agricultural potential, yet acute food insecurity affects millions due to climate shocks and economic hardship. Exodus Foundation International equips rural farmers with climate-resilient seeds, modern agro-forestry techniques, post-harvest storage, and farmer field schools to achieve durable food independence.

Distribution of flood-resistant crop seeds (sorghum, cassava, maize, groundnuts)
Establishment of community seed banks and farmer field schools
Training on conservation agriculture and post-harvest management
Provision of fishing kits and riverine livelihood support
Formation and capitalization of Village Savings and Loan Associations (VSLAs)

We deliver climate-adapted seed varieties, establish community seed multiplication hubs, train agro-dealers, and promote climate-smart agriculture alongside micro-finance savings associations (VSLAs).
