From Displaced Refugee to Community Lead Seed Farmer
"When we returned to Kajo-Keji in 2023, our fields were overgrown with wild thorn bushes. Exodus Foundation did not just give us food—they gave us seeds, tools, and the training to stand on our own feet again."
After spending five years in a refugee camp in Uganda, Grace returned home to Kajo-Keji with four young children. Today, she leads a 30-member seed producer group cultivating certified sorghum and groundnuts.

Youth Influencer Leading Peace Corridors along Cattle Routes

Daniel was once a youth commander during cattle rustling escalations. After participating in Exodus Foundation’s peacebuilding workshops, he now leads a 40-member youth peace monitoring committee in Greater Pibor.

Breaking Barriers: First Female Welder in Rhino Camp Settlement
"People told me welding was a man’s job. Now, I manufacture fuel-efficient cookstoves and repair school gates across the settlement."
Rhoda fled Upper Nile at age 16 and spent years without formal employment. She enrolled in Exodus Foundation’s Vocational Innovation Center and graduated top of her class in metal fabrication.
